OSHA Releases New It's the Law Poster

Important News For Employers
The US Department of Labor released a new OSHA "It's the Law" poster this week. The new poster reminds employers of their two most basic responsibilities-furnishing a place of employment free from recognized hazards, and complying with OSHA's hazard-specific health and safety standards.

The OSHA poster, also known as the OSHA notice of employee rights, is required to be displayed in every workplace in America. HOWEVER,
OSHA has made it clear that the release of this new poster does NOT require employers to replace their existing posters. The current edition of the OSHA poster is still valid. You can read the US Department of Labor OSHA notice here

We are incorporating this change into our products. But as the OSHA site indicates, this change does NOT require you to replace your existing posters.
